I love performing with silk fans, the movement and the air is a meditative feeling. Dancing feels so fluid and graceful with fans, it was the first flow toy I ever used! Above pictured is myself dancing amid a mountain top with my rainbow silks.

Our bodies have the wisdom to heal, movement is healing, it helps us come back to center with our bodies. Flow arts helps us to move with strength, balance and grace.

Fire moves us, it transforms us, it energizes us. It is important to work with fire with the utmost respect. Fire can be the creator and the destroyer. Healthy fire can transform the forest into a thriving ecosystem when applied correctly, and severe fires can lead to catastrophe. The same is true with our inner fire, how do we bring balance and tame the burning fires within us?
